A break down of what he does is:

7 full reps

1 ⅕ rep + 1 full rep
2 x ⅕ reps + 2 reps
3 x ⅕ reps + 3 reps

1 ⅖ rep + 1 full rep
2 x ⅖ reps + 2 reps
3 x ⅖ reps + 3 reps

1 ½ rep + 1 full rep
2 x ½ reps + 2 reps
3 x ½ reps + 3 reps

1 ⅘ rep + 1 full rep
2 x ⅘ reps + 2 reps
3 x ⅘ reps + 3 reps

5 ½ reps starting ½ up + 5 full reps
